Custom Team Properties

Define team properties so that you can track and calculate metrics about who you are serving and how. Define properties within the Business Intelligence Dashboard and fill in the team details when you create teams.

Add a new custom team property

1. Open the Define custom properties tab
2. Click New under Custom Team Properties
3. Give the field a name
4. Choose between Integer, String, and List property types. If you choose List, make sure to define the list options.

In the example below we created a new team property that defines a list of the possible options for a team's industry.

When you create a new team you'll be able to choose from the options above to specify the team's industry.
