The installation method mentioned in this guide is available in Dradis Pro v4.9 and newer. If you're on an older version, please upgrade first!
You can now install ServiceNow with the Integration and Tool Manager in the Tools tab.
After the ServiceNow installation, visit the Integrations > Ticketing - ServiceNow link to configure the integration connection. Simply insert the values for Client, Site, and Client secret from your ServiceNow portal, and you're good to go! Ask your ServiceNow administrator for these values if you don't see them in your ServiceNow portal.
