Community Edition (CE) Privacy FAQ

Privacy-friendly and open-source

Yes. When you run CE, as part of the initial setup, you're given the choice to share usage tracking analytics with us.

Aggregate usage activity. We don't track individual users, or personal identifiable information (IP, location, etc.). The solution we've chosen cannot even track one visitor over multiple visits.

All CE activity from all users that choose to share analytics is combined, so we get a sense of usage by the entire community.

We mostly care about "page views" to understand what are the most used / useful components of the app. We don't track data, content, or anything else.

Of course, you don't need to take our word for it, you can always follow the code.

We use the open-source, privacy-friendly solution from Plausible - repo.

You can search dradis/dradis-ce for plausible.

Dradis is built by a small independent team. In order to support the project's long-term sustainability, we want to know what are the most useful features to our users, so we can focus or limited resources there.

100% just Opt Out, or block https://plausible.io using the browser extension of your choice.
