What we offer & what we are looking for:

You'll be a trusted and key member of our team, and this is (some of) what you'll end up doing on a day-to-day basis:

  • You know what great product management looks like. You've done it before, or have seen it in your organization and are ready to take on the challenge.
  • You'll talk to our users to drive roadmap decisions.
  • You'll help us find and nurture great talent.
  • We're managers of one, but you'll be guiding us to ensure we remain relevant.
  • You'll help us shape the work that needs to be done and build bridges with the different internal teams involved (success, support, engineering, etc.).
  • You'll have a chance to rethink our basic assumptions and explore new concepts. Your creativity, input, and direction is welcomed and appreciated.
  • You care about your craft, whether your background is in Design or Development, you still want to roll up your sleeves and build great products.
  • You'll become an expert in how IT Security (i.e. ethical hacking) teams work and how our products can help them (btw, if you know where the "Dradis" name comes from, this *may* just be the perfect job for you!).

This is a full-time position with an immediate start date to work 100% remotely. You'll be building product for about 40 hours per week - Monday through Friday having a flexible schedule with reasonable overlap with normal EU business hours.

We're looking to hire our 10th full-time employee, a well-rounded Head of Product.

In this role, you will learn a ton and be part of a small, global, diverse, and user-centered company. You'll have the opportunity to make a difference to the lives of 1,000s of ethical hackers.

About you

Ideally you've held a remote position before, or you've held a similar product manager role in a traditional organization but now are looking to improve your work-life balance.

Comfortable communicating with others verbally and in writing. You're a do-er, not a dreamer, and are very results oriented. You're a people person.

Your background is technical, it doesn't matter if it's Design or Development, and you're looking to keep honing in on your craft.

You don't think of yourself as a full-time "Product Manager", but you understand there is more to Product than code and design. You're just a well rounded individual, that likes to do The Work, and that can bring it together. The Getting Real approach resonates with you.

You are organized, like to be on top of your responsibilities and don't let things slip through the cracks. You will be sure to include a quote from your favourite movie as part of your application.
