How do I buy or order as a reseller?

We are happy to sell through any reseller. You do not have to be listed on our website.

  • Quotations are valid for 90 days.
  • To renew a license or add a user to a license please contact us and we will send you a quotation or invoice from which you can pay online.
  • For Assess plan and Remediate plan quotations, see next question.
  • For Enterprise plan quotations, please contact us.

Can I have a reseller quotation?

You can generate a quotation for Dradis Professional by entering your billing details on the online reseller order form:

  1. Visit the pricing page, and select the right currency (EUR, GBP or USD).
  2. Click on the Buy Assess button for the Assess plan, or the Buy Remediate button for the Remediate plan.
  3. Enter the number of seats your customer has requested.
  4. In the License information section, enter your customer's details.
  5. In the Billing information section, enter your details.
  6. Don't forget to answer Yes to the Are you a reseller or buying for a different organization?
  7. Once you fill in your details, you'll be able to download a quote (link is under Your order summary box).

What is the Dradis Professional licensing model?

Dradis Professional is licensed on a per user basis, with user meaning an individual person (Not per machine, system, concurrent user, or anything else). Customers must be licensed for the total number of individual people ever to use the software. As long as you are licensed for the correct number of individual people who will ever use the software, you can deploy more than one instance of Dradis.

Does the license include technical support?

Yes, support is provided free of charge to all users, via our Support Center.

Are there any reseller discounts available?

Sorry, we do not offer any reseller discounts. Compared to other tools, Dradis is priced extremely competitively. We prefer to keep our headline price low and charge the same to everyone.

How much does it cost a reseller to add a new user to a Dradis Professional license?

The cost of adding a new user or agent is calculated pro rata according to the number of days remaining on the license. So, if you add a new user halfway through an annual license period, the cost of adding the user will be half the cost of an annual license.

What is the part number / SKU for the software?

Since we only supply two products, we do not use part numbers.

What payment methods are accepted?

We always require payment in advance of delivery. Our payment methods include credit card, PayPal, and wire transfer. In EUR, GBP, and USD.

Can we pay by purchase order?

We do not accept purchase orders as payment. If you send us a purchase order, we will send you an invoice referencing your PO number.

How is the software delivered?

When your order is completed, for new customer accounts, we will send a confirmation email that includes login information. For orders relating to existing accounts (eg renewals, adding users to a license) a confirmation email is sent. The software and license key can be downloaded from the customer’s account.

What is the lead time between paying for an order and receiving the software?

If you pay online using your credit card or PayPal, your order will normally be fulfilled automatically in real time. A small number of orders may be subject to manual review and will take longer to fulfill. If you pay using wire transfer, we will normally fulfill your order within one working day of receiving payment.

Is there any sales tax?

If you are outside the EU, we do not charge you sales tax. If you are a business within the EU and outside the UK, we can sell to you without charging VAT, if you provide your VAT number when ordering. Otherwise, your order will be subject to VAT. In all cases, you will be advised during the ordering process whether your order is subject to VAT.

Our purchase from you is subject to withholding tax in our country. What should we do?

Most major countries have tax treaties that allow you not to pay or to reduce withholding tax. If applicable, we can help you by completing relevant tax forms (such as the W8BEN-E form for customers in the US). However, you bear sole responsibility for any withholding tax liabilities, and we must receive payment for the full amount shown on our invoice/quotation.
