Demand Generation Leader

Help us build sustainable engines of growth.

This is a Growth marketing role, not a Branding / Product marketing one. You will be tasked with capturing demand and helping people that are already looking for a solution to determine if Dradis is the best fit for them.

Who are we? We've been around for over a decade (we're not a startup), we are profitable and have grown every year (we're not interested in growth at all costs), we're EU-based (and distributed across 5 continents), and our incentives are 100% aligned with our users' (we don't have investors).

Demand Generation is an underexplored area of our marketing and this can be an exciting opportunity for the right candidate: lots of low hanging fruit and a great opportunity to make a significant dent in our business.

What we offer & what we are looking for:

You'll be a trusted and key member of our team, and this is (some of) what you'll end up doing on a day-to-day basis:

  • You will help us define and implement our strategy.
  • You'll be in charge of growing our site's traffic (organic and paid).
  • You'll roll up your sleeves to write ad and email copy, landing pages, etc.
  • You'll explore how our open-source Community Edition can be an asset.
  • You'll create new campaigns and tweak existing ones, for the web and our mailing list.

The perfect person for the role:

  • Doesn't need to be an expert in every area of demand capture and generation, but understands enough to know what is needed, and what great results look like.
  • Thrives on metrics and being accountable to the results they produce.
  • Thinks of themselves as a manager of one. No micro-management needed.
  • Will rethink our basic assumptions and explore new concepts. Your creativity, input, and direction is welcomed and appreciated.
  • Cares about their craft, and are interested about where the industry is going, and what the current best practices are.
  • Is interested in becoming an expert in how IT Security (i.e. ethical hacking) teams work and how our products can help them (btw, if you know where the "Dradis" name comes from, this *may* just be the perfect job for you!).

This is a full-time position with an immediate start date to work 100% remotely. You'll be working about 40 hours per week - Monday through Friday having a flexible schedule with reasonable overlap with normal EU business hours.

We're looking to hire our 10th full-time employee, a solid Demand Generation specialist.

About you

Ideally you've held a remote position before, or you've held a similar demand generation role in a traditional organization but now are looking to improve your work-life balance.

You know what great demand capture and generation look like - ideally in B2B SaaS. You've done it yourself, or you've seen it done and are now ready to step up to the challenge.

Comfortable communicating with others verbally and in writing. You're a do-er, not a dreamer, and are very results oriented. You're a people person.

You are organized, like to be on top of your responsibilities and don't let things slip through the cracks. You will be sure to include a quote from your favourite movie as part of your application.
